give Yahoo feedback on Cymbalta ad

Cymbalta, the drug that caused our Ysabella Brave to suffer greatly, (and the drug she warns folks with Fibro never to use) is featured prominently on the opening page of Yahoo email for subscribers as a treatment for people with Fibromyalgia. I discovered today that at the bottom of the ad there is an "Ad Feedback"  link to a 6-question survey which asks you to rate whether you want to see more ads for Cymbalta  on Yahoo, if the ad makes you feel more favorable to Yahoo (or not), whether you wo...
