Hi Clamchucker

Greetings:

As an Ysabella Brave fan and a member of the Ysabella Brave Community, we invite you to participate in “The Bella Blitz” on December 4, 2008.

The brainchild of community member Rascal_86, The Bella Blitz is a plan to honor Ysabella Brave on her birthday and give something back to her. Our girl works her little nubbies to the quick producing top notch videos for us. She never asks for anything in return. It is payback time!

Mark your calendar, and on December 4, log on to YouTube and watch your favorite Ysabella Brave videos whenever you possibly can. Then leave her a birthday greeting in the comment field of each video you view. It is our intention to overload the YouTube servers with thousands of fans playing her videos in a concerted effort spike her statistics to assist her in gaining the recognition she deserves. More importantly, we will be reassuring Ysabella Brave of our support and devotion.

You may follow preparation events at the following Ysabella Brave Community Message Boards: Under “Shows and Events,” click on “Let’s Do Something For Ysabella Brave.” Under “Random Talk,” click on “Shut Down Youtube on 4 December.” Feel free to post your own thoughts or ideas there. This project is by the fans, so we welcome fan input as well as participation.

You can also help spread the word to your friends in the Ysabella Brave Community and on YouTube, as well as your real-world family and friends. If you wish to help us in our efforts to promote The Bella Blitz, please contact Rascal_86 at his Profile Page. There is much to be done to make this a successful event.

We hope you will assist in this noble effort by being there on December 4. We want to do something that will make our girl feel good on her special day.

Your pal,

Clamchucker

Are you on this website often enough to catch the new members? If you could, welcome them to the website and leave them a message about blitzing Youtube on December 4. That would help me out quite a bit. Maybe go back about to June or Whatever you can handle. I am trying to recruit Ole Olsen to contact all the European and worldwide fans. Can you help me with the US fans?

Clamchucker, I come to you for more sage advise. I am trying to get the word out to all Ms Ysabella's devoted fans - a personal message in their profile guest book. Outside of sheer will, how do I get this accomplished in one month?

Hey, Mr Clamchucker. You seem to be the website guru. I was wondering why I didn't get more of a response to that idea I posted. Do you have any thoughts on how to make this idea work in cyberspace? It seems a simple enough idea.

Hi Clamchucker

Thank you for helping me with the "empty comment" problem.

Clamchucker: What's your Youtube account name? I would like to sign on to your channel. --Bob Robertson, "Bobchai"

Here's one of my uploads, from Ian Whitcomb, a 1960s British pop star who is now one of the world's foremost musicologists on music of the early 20th century, including the pre WWI English music hall stuff. He earned a Grammy in 1998 for his work as a consultant on the film, 'Titanic' (not the title tracks, but the music of the passengers in steerage. He has graciously given me the copyright permission to upload his works, and he even has sent me some instrumental tracks of some of his own compositions, so that I may Karaoke them, when I get around to it. (I recently fried my $600 Panasonic digital camera by plugging it into the wrong battery charger). ---Bob

I see you've just joined. Welcome aboard this lifeboat! (you joined on my birthday). I really enjoy your intelligent writing style and it appears that we have some other interests in common. I grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, studied and married in Mexico, and have been involved in the Napa wine industry for over half my life now. My Youtube channel, "Bobchai", is dedicated to what I call "forgotten music" of the early 20th century -- not just jazz and blues but dance music, like Cole Porter ("Let's Misbehave"). The latter song was what brung me to this dance. That and "Anything Goes". I was hooked. Hardly a day goes by when I'm not thinking of one of her songs. YB has only made one public appearance, as far as I am aware, at a Youtube gathering in San Francisco in February 2007. That's where I met her, and the picture I use here was taken. We also have corresponded a number of times by e-mail, discussing her career and spiritual matters.
Happy to make your acquaintance! --Bob Robertson (and I use my real name here, because when I signed up, I filled out the registration without including a Username. But I don't give a ****; I've participated on may other Internet boards for years, and my identity has always been transparent. I have never been harrassed or stalked; I'm in the Napa phone book).
